- WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery time can change depending on your location and the time which the order has been placed.
Track it through our portal:
National Shipping (Spain) should arrive in 24-48 hours during business days (3-5 days for "The Islands").
International Shipping should arrive in 7-10 business days.
All purchases after 14:00 CEST will be managed the next working morning.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As stated in our Refund Policy, you can only return your items and get a refund if selected conditions are present. Please read it carefully.
All items should be unused if returned and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging.

- DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IN STORE?

- DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE STOCK?
COSAMALA launches are made in a capsule collection way that only creates a limited amount of stock per drop. That means that if an item is out-of-stock, unless it's included again in a future capsule, no more units will be produced. Ever. Again.
